The general terms of business of the online store gowild-slovenia.com are formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), with the recommendations of GZS, and international codes for e-commerce.

The gowild-slovenia.com online store is an information system designed for presenting and selling products to users. It is managed by the company Valerija Stolcer s.p.hereinafter referred to as the provider.

A user is a person who uses our system, i.e., a customer in the online store. Upon registration in the online store, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as the address of their email, which they determine in their profile, and a password. The username and password unequivocally determine and link the user to the filled-in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a user and gains the right to make purchases.

The general terms of business cover the operation of the gowild-mountains.com online store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information: the identity of the company, contact addresses, essential characteristics of the goods or services, availability of products, conditions for the delivery of the product or the execution of the service, all prices clearly and unambiguously specified, payment and delivery methods, the validity period of the offer, the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, and the conditions for withdrawal, as well as the complaint procedure, including all contact details for customer service.

The validity periods of promotions are specified with each promotional offer and may vary.

Ordering

Orders can be placed via the internet 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer selects and orders products available in the online store, categorized for convenience.

After placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted. The email specifies the selected products and quantities. In case of any changes or cancellations, the buyer must inform the provider at the email address shop@gowild-mountains.com, including the purchase number mentioned in the purchase confirmation email.

Product Characteristics

Product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee the product’s characteristics (especially regarding color deviations). The provider does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on the pages of the online store (text or visual material).

Prices

All prices on the website are in euros and do not include VAT since the provider is not a taxpayer. The discounted price is a reduced regular price at which the presented product is sold for a specified or unspecified period. All prices in the online store are product prices and not include delivery costs.

Purchase Agreement between the Provider and the Buyer is concluded at the moment when the Provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Provider and the Buyer. Prices are valid until changed, and the Provider may change them without prior notice. If the price of an item changes during order processing, the Provider will notify the buyer. The Provider will make every effort to provide the buyer with a lower price or offer an appropriate solution that satisfies both parties. Otherwise, the Provider reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the paid purchase price to the customer.

The Provider is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typographical, and others) related to the prices of items. In the case of any errors, the customer will be informed.

Discounts and coupons do not accumulate unless stated otherwise!

Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be available in the online store:

Provider reserves the right to request payment for goods before shipment when receiving orders from customers.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data on the invoice and notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. Later complaints will not be considered.

Shipping of Goods

All items in the online store gowild-mountains.com have information about availability. Availability information applies to business days.

Delivery within Slovenia

If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within five (5) business days from the date of payment of the proforma invoice.

The delivery time is usually 7-10 business days. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time is extended, and availability information is shown in the description of each item.

The shipping cost with packaging is 4.50 EUR for all shipments to EU countries.

Shipping costs are charged and specified on the order and invoice for the delivered goods, and they are settled together with the order amount. The Provider decides which delivery service to use for the order.

Orders

The buyer is responsible for the data provided during the order process. The Provider is not responsible for any delivery errors due to an incorrect address.

After placing an order, the buyer receives a contract (invoice) via email. The contract (invoice) is stored in electronic form on the server and is accessible to the buyer at any time in their user profile.

Discount Codes

A discount code or promotional code offers various benefits when purchasing through the online store gowild.si. An active code can be found on the homepage of the promotional message, in the gowild.si email, online store, or other media. The code provides various benefits, from different gifts to discounts. Each code is always time-limited and must be used within the specified period; otherwise, it is invalid.

Discount codes do NOT accumulate unless stated otherwise and do NOT apply to discounted items.

Return of Goods and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods, either by email at shop@gowild-mountains.com or by phone at +38631 306 909, that they are withdrawing from the contract without stating a reason. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the provider within 5 days from the date of the notice of the intended return. The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider is not obliged to accept cash-on-delivery shipments.

The product being returned must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in an unchanged quantity. The item must not be worn, washed, or modified for personal needs. If the goods are damaged, dirty, without original packaging, or show signs of use (inside or outside the item), the provider reserves the right to reject the return.

After the return of the goods, the provider will refund the purchase price to the consumer’s bank account within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider is not obliged to refund the costs incurred for shipping.

Order Cancellation

The user can not cancel the placed order at no additional cost. Depend on time of cancellation cost will start. Order cancellation can only be done by email shop@gowild-mountains.com. When canceling, the user must provide the following information:

Order number,

Name and surname of the buyer,

Buyer’s address.

Damaged, Destroyed, or Lost Shipments

Provider is not responsible for physical damage, destruction, or loss of the shipment, as well as if there is a shortage of content in the shipment or if the shipment shows signs of opening (visible damage to the packaging) from the moment of shipment. In all these cases, the user must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service and fill out a complaint record. The user should also notify the provider at the contact email shop@gowild-slovenia.com.

Product Complaints

The resolution of complaints and claims arising from guarantees or material defects is handled in accordance with applicable legislation and the Terms of Purchase of Goods and Services.

Inspect the goods you receive immediately and report any defects/damage within three (3) working days of receiving the package. Later complaints will not be considered.

Users report complaints about items with existing defects to the provider via email at shop@gowild-mountains.com.

Data Protection

The provider is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/2004) and the Insurance Act. By entering data on the gowild-mountains.com online store, you allow Valerija Stolcer s.p. to establish, maintain, and manage your personal data for an unlimited period for the purpose of fulfilling or asserting rights from the contractual relationship and direct marketing. Provider ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the law governing the protection of personal data. At any time, you can request in writing or by phone that we permanently or temporarily stop using your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing within 15 days of the request.

Communication

Promotional emails must be clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional messages. The sender must be clearly identifiable. The user’s wish not to receive promotional messages will be unconditionally respected by the provider.

Copyright

The gowild-mountains.com online store is owned by Valerija Stolcer s.p., all rights reserved. The content on the website may contain material whose copyrights may also belong to third parties. Therefore, any dissemination of information from the website is allowed only with the written approval of the owner.

We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice.

Complaints and Disputes

The provider must confirm within five working days that they have received the complaint, inform the user how long it will be processed, and keep them informed throughout the process. The provider strives, to the best of their ability, to resolve disputes amicably.

Contests

The organizer of the contests is Valerija Stolcer s.p. Glavni trg 4, 2380 Slovenj Gradec.

Participants in contests agree to the publication of their name on the websites managed by the organizer if they receive a prize. The prize recipient cannot be a legal entity. Monetary payment of the prize is not possible. None of the employees of the organizer or their relatives can participate in the contests. The winner receives the prize by mail, and the postage is covered by the contest organizer. In case the winner refuses the prize, a new winner is drawn.

Newsletter Subscription

By agreeing to the general terms, each user agrees to subscribe to the newsletter. Users can unsubscribe from our newsletters by emailing shop@gowild-mountains.com. At the bottom of each newsletter, you will find a link to permanently unsubscribe from receiving newsletters.
