How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit.
Please check it carefully before placing your order — our designs are performance-based and slightly fitted.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a more relaxed fit.

All Go Wild items are made from premium-quality, breathable, and durable fabrics, designed for comfort and outdoor performance.
Most of our products include SPF 50+ with UVA & UVB protection, ensuring reliable coverage for active days in nature.
We combine functionality, quality, and style to bring you products that last. For each product please see specification about materials near product. 

 

Each order is custom-made and individually processed, which means delivery may take slightly longer than standard retail shipping.
Typical delivery times are 10–20 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
We appreciate your patience — every GoWild product is made just for you. Production work by Zero waist process. 

Because each order is custom-printed and made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference reasons.
We strongly encourage checking the size chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please see the next section about replacements.

If your product has a printing issue, defect, or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
To process a replacement, we’ll need:
• A clear photo of the issue (the product and the affected area),
• Your order number, and
• A brief description of the problem.

Once we receive the details, we’ll work directly with our production partner, to resolve the issue and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not yet been processed, we’ll try to correct it.
If it has already been shipped, the package will usually return to the sender, and we can arrange reshipping at your cost.

Orders are automatically sent to production shortly after they’re placed.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel, please reach out within a few hours of placing the order, and we’ll do our best to stop the process.

Yes! GoWild products are available worldwide.
Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location, and international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes (handled by the customer).
